What about a splendid ferry trip to France, vist a market, have lunch, maybe take a tour of the D-day landing beaches. It is possible to get across the channel in various ways, ferries, fastcraft (only during the summer months) and the Chunnel. You can travel from various locations along the coast to various locations in France so please contact us, outline what you'd like to do and we will make some suggestions. Also if one day doesn't seem to be enough time it's easy to take a longer trip, maybe a weekend, don't forget it's only a short drive to Paris !
